Opening the window in Trieste I see the sea, expansive, blue, rippled by the wind.
I feel this same wind around my shoulders, familiar and firm, carrying with it long billows scented by Mediterranean brush.
My nose is hit by sharp rosemary and restless thyme, chased by the sweeter notes of basil and mint, in part urged on by balm-like juniper.
A stronger burst likewise summons celery seeds to the eternal dance of nature as my gaze fixes on a sea lit up by the glimmer of citrus.
This is the state of mind which gave birth to neogassa Gin.

Manufacturing
Handcraft, in small batch of 540 bottles, a gentle infusion in pure grain alcohol firstly. Then after a filtration, starts a distillation in a cooper pot still of 250 liters with a slow pace necessary to obtain a great quality spirit.
